The gate price is $5, or free for senior citizens, and the game versus Cave Springs will immediately follow at 6 pm.
Gans parents and staff,
Even though the main roads and highways are mostly clear, the rural and side roads are still snow and ice-covered and unsafe for our buses. Gans Schools will continue with a Virtual Learning Day through Thursday, January 29th.
The Jr. High Basketball game against Brushy will be rescheduled for a later date.
The weather forecast calls for winter weather to begin possibly on Friday. I wanted to update everyone about how we send our information to our parents and staff when bad weather hits. If we need to alert you about school closings, you should receive a message through apptegy@gans.k12.ok.us, text message, and notification from the Gans Public Schools app. We will also be listed on Channel 40, Channel 5 and The Mix 105.1. We will get weather cancellation information to you as soon as we know.
Thank you,
Regina Brannon, Superintendent

Mr. Ringgold was a student, long time coach, and teacher at Gans Schools. If you were a past player or student of Mr. Ringgold, or taught with him, we encourage you to come join him for this night of celebration. We hope that you will come for the ceremony and stay for the games scheduled that night against Cave Springs.
Gate price is $5.00. Senior citizens will be admitted for free. Game time is 6:00 pm. We hope that you can come and be a part of this dedication. If you have any questions, you may contact us at (918) 775-2236.

Dear Gans Parent,
Because of some very generous donations, Gans Public Schools was able to supply each of our students with food boxes for Thanksgiving. Thanks to these same supporters, we are going to be able to supply our students with boxes for the Christmas season. On Friday, we will be handing boxes out in the old gym to parents of our students. Please enter the building through the main entrance between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm to collect your boxes.
We have so many people to thank for these donations and the organization of this project. Mr. Matt Jones from the Muldrow Activity Center, Mrs. Dannette Edwards, The Brent Fire Department, The Gans Fire Department, The Gans Dollar General Store, Hogan’s Salon, and so many other generous donors and volunteers.
The Christmas Program is Thursday night beginning at 6:00 pm. We hope that everyone can come out and watch our students perform and join in the Christmas Spirit.
Friday will be our last day of school until January 5th for the holiday. We hope that everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Merry Christmas,
Regina Brannon
Superintendent
